Fish oil is just soooo important to your system! This one is a “2-fer” as it comes with the Vit E. No fishy taste or burps like some brands. I notice a significant decrease in pain caused by inflammation when taking fish oil.
It’s typical gel capsule of regular size.
If it’s not a part of your supplement routine, I highly recommend adding it- it’s SUPER beneficial for you. Google all the benefits & you’ll realize that if you do not currently have this as part of your supplement routine, you’ll see exactly why you should add it.

I have been having such a hard time with my acne flare ups and trying all these new facial routines and face washed did nothing for me. Until I had discover this and it has made my mood and acne so much better! (Very much effective) The pill size is kind of big and you do have to take 2 of them daily.
